    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of April.

    Dylan Bois, 21, St. David: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $350 costs.

    Paula Brann, 42, Fort Kent: harassment, filed on $250 costs.

    Latania Bryant, 39, Detroit, Mich.: refusing to sign summons, dismissed and operating under the influence, $700 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.

 

    Preston A. Bull, 27, Washburn: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.

    Roger D. Burby, Jr., 28, Ashland: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

    Jeffrey R. Cashman, 32, Caribou: burglary, five years in prison and aggravated assault, 10 years in prison, all but five years suspended, three years’ probation and $72,904.61 restitution.

    Seth P. Castonguay, 21, Van Buren: assault, 364 days in prison and burglary, eight years in prison, all but 42 months suspended, three years’ probation and $72,904.61 restitution.

    Justin A. Clayton, 23, Caribou: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

    Dale Conlin, 53, Lewiston: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; violating condition of release, $250 fine and 10 days in jail and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Nicolas Dionne, 22, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first), nine months in jail, all but 144 hours suspended and one-year administrative release sentence (second) and misuse of identification, 144 hours in jail.

    Jacob Doucette, 24, Van Buren: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

    Steven M. Doughty, 50, Caribou: criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and two years’ probation.

    Brian Dumais, 42, Fort Kent: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior (two counts), filed on $250 costs (first) and $500 fine (second).

    Troy Foster, 39, Blaine: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail and unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.

    Krystle M. Gagnon, 33, Fort Kent: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, four months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.

    Emilien T. Gorneault, 55, Perham: illegal possession of firearm, $500 fine and six months in jail; violating condition of release, 120 days in jail and criminal conspiracy, $1,500 fine, 30 months in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.

    Sean K. Greening, 46, Fort Kent: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.

    Ricky A. Hammond, 44, Fort Fairfield: aggravated criminal trespass, 14 months in prison.

    Randy Hodsdon, 45, Caribou: aggravated criminal trespass, 14 months in prison.

    Daniel L. Leavitt, 44, Caribou: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, two years in prison.

    Christopher Mancos, 32, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 47 days in jail.

    Ashley Martin, 28, Fort Fairfield: aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, $400 fine and five years in prison.

    Charles Noah McDarby, 23, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $1,000 restitution and burglary, dismissed.

    Clayton Michaud, 20, Presque Isle: criminal mischief (two counts), six months in jail (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (five counts), four years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $16,046.09 restitution (first), six months in jail (second, third, fifth), 18 months in prison (fourth); theft of services, six months in jail; burglary (five counts), one year in prison (each); and aggravated criminal mischief, one year in prison.

    Kenny L. Ouellette, 25, Van Buren: reckless conduct, filed on $250 costs, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.

    Kurt G. Parks, 48, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension and motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.

    Zachary J. Smith, 24, Caribou: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

    Jimmy D. Trotter, Jr., 32, Presque Isle: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Luella S. Warner, 53, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 120 days suspended and two years’ probation.

    John W. Wright, 34, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, $250 fine and assault, dismissed.
