Letter leads to immediate care
To the editor:
I am the 85-year-old Presque Isle woman who wrote you a couple of weeks ago about the difficulty I was having getting treatment for a broken front tooth.
I write today to publicly thank those who have come to my aid, and who did so within mere hours of my letter being published in your fine paper on June 27th.
I want to acknowledge the staffs at County Denture and at the office of Dr. Edward Laga, both in Presque Isle. Thanks to the compassion and professionalism shown me by the caring individuals at both businesses, my broken tooth has been extracted and replaced. I am humbled and extremely grateful for your assistance and theirs.
