    Andrew D. Alley, 23, Houlton: assault, $300 fine and 72 hours in jail.
    John A. Belyea, Jr., 29, Houlton: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine, 72 hours in jail and 60-day license suspension; and failing to make oral or written accident report, 72 hours in jail.
    Timothy Bentz, 54, Ludington, Mich.: rule violation operating with intoxicating beverage, $100 fine.
    Terry L. Boles, 71, Oakfield: domestic violence assault (two counts), dismissed (each).
    Michael S. Boody, 31, Houlton: negotiating a worthless instrument, four days in jail and $120 restitution; and forgery, four days in jail.
    Robert Earl Brewer, 19, Linneus: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $250 fine (each) and $210 restitution (first).
    James A. Brooker, 27, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
    Craig Buxton, 19, Houlton: operating under the influence, prior, $200 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Larry W. Carll, 34, Linneus: probation violation, 35 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Vincent P. Censullo, 52, Houlton: OUI, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three years’ license and registration suspension; failing to stop, remain, provide information, 48 hours in jail and $876.10 restitution; operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Brian Colbath, 22, Hodgdon: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Franklin L. Connors, 27, Houlton: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
    Lee Dana Crandall, 28, Oakfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 30 days in jail; criminal threatening, 45 days in jail; assault, $500 fine and 45 days in jail; carrying concealed weapon, 30 days in jail; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., dismissed.
