    George and Bonnee McLaughlin of Wade are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsee McLaughlin, to Mr. Justin Perkins, of Kanata, Ontario, Canada.
    Justin is the son of Michelle Perkins of Massachusetts and James Perkins of Ontario. Justin is a 2012 graduate of Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, PA earning a Bachelors Degree in Student Ministry.
    Kelsee will graduate from LBC with a degree in Elementary Education in May 2013.
    A July 28 wedding at the Dunntown Advent Christian Church in Wade, Maine is planned.
