CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.
* Kyle S. Anderson, 26, Stockholm: theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.
* Tyler D. Anderson, 30, Mapleton: domestic violence criminal threatening, priors, 85 days in jail; and domestic violence assault, priors, three years in prison, all but 85 days suspended and two years’ probation.
* Roger Belanger, 71, Fort Kent: hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $100 fine.
* Steven Belmain, 49, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and $500 restitution.
* Kara Bouchard, 25, Madawaska: violating protective order, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release (two counts), 60 days in jail (first), dismissed (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued, $11,333 restitution and 1,000 hours’ community service; assault, $300 fine and 60 days in jail; and sexual abuse of minor (two counts), dismissed (each).
* Shawn W. Bragg, 27, Washburn: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
* James B. Brown, 27, Presque Isle: failing to make oral or written accident report, filed on $300 costs.
* Thomas D. Churchill, 23, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and 12 hours in jail.
* Dennis Clair, 34, Bridgewater: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license and registration suspension.
* Philip J. Cote, 31, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed (each).
* Alexander D. Doody, 20, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
* Michael R. Dumond, 46, Madawaska: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, four months in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
* Shayne W. Ellis, 30, Brewer: robbery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, stealing drugs, violating condition of release and aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed (each).
* Wayne D. Field, 29, Blaine: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
* Krystle M. Gagnon, 33, Fort Kent: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, four months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
* Michael D. Gray, 26, Limestone: criminal mischief, five days in jail and $150 restitution; and criminal trespass, five days in jail.
* Christine Hart, 27, Caribou: violating protective order, dismissed; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
* Charles R. Hartsgrove, 24, Madawaska: assault, $300 fine and 15 days in jail.
* Kristy J. Hastings, 24, Van Buren: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation revoked.
* Ryan G. Helstrom, 27, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, four months in jail.
* Michael Hoague, 26, Fort Kent: probation violation, 17 months in prison and probation revoked; and operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, $1,000 fine, two years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and one-year probation.
* Karl Jackson, 50, Fort Fairfield: unlawfully shooting or discharging firearm or crossbow, dismissed; OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and hunting under the influence over 21, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail.
* Kevin Knox, 45, Easton: obstructing report of crime, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
* Joseph J. Landry, 55, Saint Agatha: probation violation, 60 days in jail and probation revoked.
* Arthur Langille, Jr., 44, Presque Isle: failing to make oral or written accident report, filed on $150 costs.
* Katrina L. Lank, 37, Houlton: probation violation, 40 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
* Richard A. Larsen, Jr., 49, Crouseville: burglary, 36 months in prison, all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and $11,044.58 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison.
* Michael Allen Latronica, Jr., 34, Washburn: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, six months in jail, all but 60 days suspended and one-year probation.
* Cynthia L. Levesque, 22, Van Buren: assault, $500 fine.
* Cleveland D. Long, 36, Portage: negotiating a worthless instrument, $300 fine and $1,426 restitution.
* Wayne L. MacFarline, 29, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
* Nicholette Martin, 29, Presque Isle: robbery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by unauthorized use of property and criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed (each).
* Aaron A. McBreairty, 34, St. Francis: OUI, priors, $1,100 fine, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and six years’ license suspension.
* Clayton Michaud, 20, Presque Isle: criminal mischief (two counts), six months in jail (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (five counts), four years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $16,046.09 restitution (first), six months in jail (second, third, fifth), 18 months in prison (fourth); theft of services, six months in jail; burglary, one year in prison (each); and aggravated criminal mischief, one year in prison.
* Andreanna M. Munson, 25, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 60 days in jail and six months administrative release sentence; and criminal conspiracy, dismissed.
* Daniel Joseph Ouellette, Jr., 19, Caribou: criminal mischief (two counts), 60 days in jail (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 60 days in jail (first), 364 days in prison, all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation, $6,668.28 restitution and 200 hours’ community service (second), and $500 fine (third).
* Jacques A. Ouellette, 26, Fort Kent: OUI, $700 fine, 30 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and 180 days license suspension; and criminal trespass, dismissed.
* Scott M. Pelkey, 29, Presque Isle: reckless conduct, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
* John K. Perkins, Jr., 25, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; violating condition of release; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon; robbery and theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed (each).
* Ryan J. Plourde, 31, Van Buren: violating condition of release (two counts), seven days in jail (first), dismissed (second); and stealing drugs, four months in jail.
* Joseph M. Poisson, 28, Limestone: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
* Jonathan P. Rouse, 30, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
* Octavio Sanabria, 34, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
* Michael Saucier, Jr., 29, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $250 fine.
* Kassandra A. Scott, 23, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
* Scott A. Silva, 32, Caribou: criminal trespass, five days in jail; assault, $300 fine, seven months in jail, all but five days suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and $151.83 restitution; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gesture, 48 hours in jail.
* Timmy Joseph Soucy, 27, Madawaska: manslaughter, dismissed; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and three years in prison; reckless conduct, dismissed; and OUI, death, $2,100 fine, six years, six months in prison, all but three years suspended, three years’ probation and 10 years license and registration suspension.
* Ashley M. Theriault, 27, Presque Isle: failing to give correct name, address or date of birth (two counts), six months in jail (each); operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail; OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension; violating condition of release, six months in jail; trafficking in prison contraband, one year in prison; and aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $2,000 fine, five years in prison, all but 24 months suspended and two-year probation.
* Brett M. Thibodeau, 22, Limestone: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three years in prison, all suspended, two years; probation and $1,400 restitution.
* Jared D. Thompson, 23, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $250 fine and 10 days in jail.
* Kirk A. Tompkins, 38, Limestone: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine; and operating vehicle without license, conditional restriction, $100 fine.
* Edward J. Violette, 47, Van Buren: operating after habitual offender revocation, $750 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
* Sean M. Wadlington, 29, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and domestic violence terrorizing, priors, dismissed (each).
* Joey R. White, Jr., 28, Caribou: OUI, priors (two counts), $1,100 fine, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension (first), $1,100 fine, 60 days in jail and six years’ license and registration suspension (second); and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 60 days in jail.
