It is time for the ‘Thrill of the Hill”

    The Northern Maine Soap Derby, Maine’s only soap box race, will be Saturday at Derby Hill in Houlton Community Park.
    The experience of the “Thrill of the Hill” is priceless!
    Before the derby begins, a ceremony will be held atop Derby Hill honoring the late Bill Weber of the Zoo Crew.

soap5OH YEAH — Veteran derby racer Jason Collett shows a typical reaction of drivers in the Soap Box Derby.
    The special ceremony will be held at 7:45 a.m.
    The Northern Maine Soap Box Derby race is double elimination.
