    HOULTON & PRESQUE ISLE – Maxine (Wilkins) Lannigan, 82, passed away June 7, 2012. She was born in Presque Isle, November 15, 1929, the daughter of Avis and Bray Wilkins.
    Maxine is survived by five children: Vicky of Portland, Philip (Gregg) of Biddeford, Brenda of New Limerick, Laurie of Old Town and Joel of Nottingham, Maryland; four grandchildren: Jason of TX, Rebecca, Matthew and Kelsey all of Virginia.
    She was predeceased by a grandson, William Lannigan in September, 2010.
    On her request, there will be no visiting hours, just a private graveside service. Interment will be at Johnson’s Cemetery in Presque Isle. The family would like to thank all of the nurses and staff at Gardiner Health Care Facility of Houlton for all of the help and care she received.
