The Maine Conservation Corps (MCC) recently welcomed Amber Hardy of Houlton, ME to serve as an environmental educator and AmeriCorps volunteer at the Maine Department of Conservation’s Bureau of Parks & Lands.
The MCC places AmeriCorps volunteers throughout Maine to complete conservation and environmental education projects. Hardy is the daughter of Bill Hardy, also of Houlton. She is a 1994 graduate of Houlton High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Southern Maine where she studied environmental science.
