    MONTICELLO – Cedric “Sed” Harvey, 76, passed away March 24, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. Cedric was born March 3, 1936, the son of Alonzo and Ruby (Stockford) Harvey.
    He leaves behind three children, Wanda Roy of North Brookfield, Mass., Shelley Obuchowski and her husband, Ronald, of Charlton, Mass., and Marcia Cote and her husband, John, of Paxton, Mass. Cedric has nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He also leaves his brother, Wendell Harvey and wife, Eleanor, of Monticello; and his sister, Ida Ricker, also of Monticello. Cedric was predeceased by his son, Wayne Harvey of North Brookfield, Mass.; and his sisters, Geraldine Ellis and Eldora Nason.
    Cedric was born in Monticello but later moved to Massachusetts where he worked as a finish carpenter. After retirement Cedric moved back to Maine. He attended Lake Road Free Will Baptist Church. Cedric loved gardening, fishing and loved the outdoors. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
