PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of February.
William Barton, 51, Mars Hill: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
* Peter L. Belanger, 41, Wallagrass: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
* Benjamin Robert Benedict, 23, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, $200 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
* Steven Berthiaume, 32, Fort Fairfield: assault, $500 fine; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
* Alan E. Boulier, 53, Presque Isle: out-of-door burning violation, $100 fine.
* Sarah Brewer, 18, Mars Hill: minor transporting liquor, 30-day license suspension.
