Stockholm American Legion Post 136 Auxiliary holds induction ceremony

Members of the  Stockholm Perkins/Plourde American Legion Post 136 Ladies Auxiliary hosted a new member initiation and luncheon on March 10 at the Post Home.

The officers participated in the recent new member induction ceremony held on march 10 at the Post Home.

Margaret Johnson, department president officiated at the ceremony during which five new members, Brittany Hewitt, Candace Johnson, Rosemary Hede, Merry Ridgely and Alicia Woodrum participated.

Each of the new members received a poppy corsage, an Auxiliary pin and a copy of the constitution and bylaws of the Post 136 Unit.

Catering the luncheon for the Auxiliary event was the mother and daughter team of Karla Fisher and Amber Moutihno. The menu featured appetizers, spinach lasagna, citrus salad, homemade rolls and chocolate shells filled with raspberry mousse for dessert.
