GRAND JURY
An Aroostook County grand jury completed its first session of 2012 on Jan. 6 and handed down 50 indictments against 47 individuals without any “no bills.”
Among those indicted were:
• Daniel J. Ouellette, 19, Caribou: burglary, criminal mischief and theft.
• Ryan C. Young, 31, Presque Isle: theft and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
• Robert Hawco, 31, Presque Isle: theft.
• Edna M. Engel, 37, Old Town: aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, endangering welfare of a child, furnishing liquor to a minor and allowing minor to possess/consume alcohol.
• Lewis W. McKinney, 50, Presque Isle: sexual abuse of a minor.
• Daniel L. Leavitt, 43, Caribou: theft.
• Christine M. Hart, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating condition of release.
• Steven F. Bouchard, 23, Presque Isle: theft, violating condition of release (three counts) and operating without license.
• Michael J. Saucier, Jr., 29, Presque Isle: theft, assault and operating after suspension.
• Christopher M. French, 32, Presque Isle: aggravated criminal mischief.
• Jacob L. Weiss, 22, Westfield: aggravated criminal trespass, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.
• Kyle S. Anderson, 25, Stockholm: receiving stolen property.
• Neil A. Nelson, 41, Stockholm: receiving stolen property.
• Herbert M. Adams, III, 52, Presque Isle: criminal threatening, assault (two counts), unlawful use of license, disorderly conduct and unlawful sexual touching.
• Patricia Caron, 62, Madawaska: theft.
• Michael T. Daigle, 44, Madawaska: aggravated assault and criminal mischief.
• Charles R. Hartsgrove, 24, Madawaska: aggravated criminal trespass and assault.
• Melissa A. Ayotte, 30, Van Buren: acquiring drugs by deception.
• Joseph M. Delvalle, 26, Fort Kent: domestic violence criminal threatening and assault.
• Judy Theriault, 59, Fort Kent: theft.
• Carrol Theriault, 70, Fort Kent: theft.
