Skating show this weekend
The Northern Maine Figure Skating Club will be having its 30th annual musical on ice entitled “Viva Las Vegas” this weekend at the Forum in Presque Isle. The performances will be Saturday at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. More than fifty skaters will portray their skills set to music. Tickets are available from any club member or at the door.
Player of the Week
University of Maine – Presque Isle junior guard Brad Trask of Easton has been named the Association of Division III Independents men’s basketball Player of the Week.
Trask averaged 15 points per game on 11-of-19 shooting from the floor, including 8-of-14 from three-point range.
