Healthy Homes seminar set

    Healthy Aroostook and Power of Prevention will be hosting a Healthy Homes Seminar in Houlton.
    Participants will learn what it takes to have a healthy home. This seminar is targeted at parents, homeowners, landlords and anyone interested in learning how to ensure you and your family are living in a “healthy home.” Issues to be discussed include: lead paint hazards, asbestos, radon, carbon monoxide, mold, rodent control and bed bugs.
    All registered participants will receive a free cleaning bucket with supplies (a $15 value).
    A seminar is slated for 6-8 p.m. in Houlton on Wednesday, March 14.
