• Michaela J. Cate, 18, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.

• Kevin M. Churchill, 46, Fort Fairfield: placing bait to entice deer, $200 fine.
• Reed R. Clark, 27, Mapleton: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
• Taylor S. Condon, 19, Ashland: minor having liquor on person, $200 fine.
• Richard N. Croman, 55, Baileyville: violating condition of release (two counts), three days in jail (first) and four days in jail (second).

• Stephen P. Davenport, Sr., 57, Presque Isle: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $150 fine.
• Adam DeMerchant, 28, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Peter J. Deschaine, 20, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Ryan L. Doody, 35, Woodland: attaching false plates, $100 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Jennifer R. Dozier, 26, Ashland: cultivating marijuana, $400 fine.
• James E. Eldridge, 62, Mapleton: rule violation, $100 fine.
• Tyler Farley, 21, Washburn: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Jacob Fillebrown, 20, Presque Isle: minor having liquor on person, filed without costs.
• Christopher A. Flewelling, 19, Easton: fraudulently obtaining license or permit, $200 fine.
• Nicholas Aaron Flewelling, 21, Easton: reckless conduct, 48 hours in jail.
• Kalen R. Fox, 22, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, $150 fine.
• Misty R. Hafford, 28, Fort Kent Mills: violating condition of release, five days in jail.
• Chad M. Hamilton, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first), 45 days in jail (second); criminal mischief (two counts), dismissed (first), 45 days in jail (second); and criminal trespass, 45 days in jail.
• Brianne Hardgrove, 31, Westfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• John E. Henderson, 48, Fort Fairfield: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Reece Humphrey, 18, Presque Isle: minor giving false age to order liquor, $200 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $70 restitution; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Samuel L. Jencks, 28, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 75 days in jail, all but five days suspended and two years’ probation; and obstructing report of crime, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Rusty A. Johnson, 34, Mars Hill: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• John B. Johnston, 50, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and violating protective order, $250 fine.
• Thomas B. Kaiser, Jr., 21, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $400 fine (each) and $21.99 restitution (second).
• Michael L. Lane, 40, Richmond: rule violation, $100 fine; and failing to label traps, $100 fine.
