The extremely popular Father/Daughter Sweetheart Dance will be held at the Caribou Recreation and Wellness Center on Friday, Feb. 10 from 7 to 9 p.m.
For those who aren’t familiar with this event, it’s an evening filled with music, refreshments, lots of memories and a tremendous amount of dancing for Dads, (uncles, grampys, brothers, or friends) and their special mini-Valentine.
Daughters of all ages eagerly await the Father/Daughter Sweetheart Dance every year and why not? It’s the perfect evening to get all dressed up, perhaps have dinner for two (just me and my Dad) and of course flowers are always nice.
Whether Dad is hip to the latest dance craze or prefers to move to the beat of his own drummer; whether he prefers jeans and a sweater to a suit and tie — it doesn’t matter, the evening is about young ladies of all ages who have the undivided attention of their special date for two very memorable hours.
Admission is $5 per couple and photos to help make this very special evening last for a lifetime will be available by Duane McCubrey for an additional cost.
