There is nothing like a piecrust made from scratch and Amber Moutinho, left and Karla Fisher, both members of the Stockholm American Legion Auxiliary who participated in the free to the public cooking demonstration on Jan. 28, showed others how easy it really can be to create the perfect crust.
Some of these delicacies included pies, bread, pizza, and margarita fajitas, egg rolls, eggplant Parmesan, Swedish potato dumplings and fudge from a recipe that included Velveeta cheese.
Each of the seasoned cooks brought their finished product for taste testing and recipes were exchanged.
