Guard promotions

    AUGUSTA — Major General (Ret.) John W. Libby, The Adjutant General, Maine National Guard has announced the promotion of locals serving in the Guard.
    Promoted were: Cheyenne Polchies of Linneus, staff sergeant, 1035th Engineer Detachment Survey and Design; and Richard Fogg Jr. of Sherman, sergeant, 185th Engineer Support Company.
