Houlton-Hodgdon alumni hoop game is Friday

The Houlton-Hodgdon Chapter of the Dollars For Scholars is sponsoring an Alumni Basketball Game between Houlton and Hodgdon on Friday at Alumni Gymnasium in Houlton.
The girls game will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the boys game to follow. Women who are playing should be at the gym by 5 p.m. with Houlton wearing white tops and black bottoms and Hodgdon, blue tops with blue or dark bottoms for Hodgdon. Men who are playing in the alumni game should be at the gym by 6:15 p.m. wearing the same colors as the women. Cheerleaders should also wear the required attire.
Dewey DeWitt and Ron Murray will announce the players before each game and Steve Fitzpatrick and others will handle the refeering duties.
The Houlton women’s team will be coached by Jerry Tweedie; Houlton men’s coach, Wayne Quint; Hodgdon women’s coach, Roger Sherman and Hodgdon men’s coach, Malcolm Nesbitt.
On the clock will be Brian Fitzpatrick and Tim Tweedie.
