Timothy A. Bickford, 54, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
    Chad Brackett, 33, Medway: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 120 days in jail, all suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and $2,265 restitution.
Richard E. Brackett, 23, Sherman: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Richard C. Carmichael, 28, Houlton: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
Rickey J. Caron, 18, Houlton: passing stopped school bus, $200 fine.
Michael J. Carton, 57, New Limerick: allowing dog to be at-large, $50 fine.
