Sarah Ryan, left, and Cyndi Trapnell representing the Maine School of Science and Mathematics in Limestone recently visited the Halfway Home Pet Rescue in Caribou, bringing with them a collection of gifts for the shelter’s homeless felines. Trapnell stated that the donation was the result of a school-wide event with both students and faculty participating in collecting the donated items. Checking out the holiday feline finery are HHPR volunteers Ellie Ring, in back at right, of Caribou and Rosita Lewis, kneeling, of Stockholm.
