Roy, a native of Aroostook County, graduated from Caribou High School and Bryant College with a bachelor of arts degree in administration with a concentration in management.

Prior to joining the credit union, Roy worked at Katahdin Trust Company for five years where he held the position of assistant vice president and commercial loan officer.

“We’re absolutely thrilled that Kendall has decided to join our management team,” said Ken Hensler, The County Federal Credit Union’s president and CEO. “Kendall’s previous financial background and work with a local community bank obviously will provide a jump start for us.”

Hensler added Roy has established himself in the Presque Isle and Caribou communities, as an active member of the Presque Isle Youth Hockey program and is a member of the local Rotary Club.

The County Federal Credit Union also recently announced the promotion of Dan Bagley to vice president of lending. Bagley joined the management team of The County Federal Credit Union in 2002 as branch manager of the Presque Isle Office.

“Dan’s work ethic and commitment to the members of CFCU earned him the respect of his co-workers and members, making the decision to promote him an easy one,” stated Hensler “He has transitioned to his new location in Caribou where he will be responsible for all functions of the department and managing the personnel of the loan department. I’m excited for Dan and look forward to working with him to provide convenient and meaningful lending opportunities for our 17,000 members.”
