Story lifted reader’s spirits

To the editor:
    What a beautiful way to start the Christmas season with the story “The gift of giving” on the front page of (last week’s edition of) the Houlton Pioneer Times.
    I would like to thank Alexandria and her mother for sharing their story. We can use a few more of these happy stories.
    It is said the smallest good deed can be felt by a multitude, while the greatest good intention is felt by only one.
