Lyons promoted
PRESQUE ISLE — Major General (Ret.) John W. Libby, The Adjutant General, Maine National Guard has announced the promotion Peter Lyons, of Presque Isle, to the rank of PFC with the 185th Engineer Support Company. Soldiers were promoted in October 2011.
