Northern Skiers fundraiser
The Northern Skiers Club is sponsoring a fundraiser to help cover gas and maintenance costs this winter associated with grooming the ski trails which are located at the Caribou High School.
These cross country trails, many of which are lighted for nighttime skiing, are available for use by club members, as well at the general public, at no charge.
For a $20 donation you will receive he Nordic Foundation’s 2012 cross country skiing calendar.
Of that total donation $10 goes to the club for maintenance and the other half goes to the National Nordic Foundation, which promotes and helps support the development of young US Nordic athletes hoping to succeed in international competition.
The deadline for ordering a calendar is Nov. 15, although you don’t have to pay until the calendar is delivered. For more information contact Bret Jepson at 492-2222.
