ALEX KAISER of the County Patriots Young Marines, and Diane Norton, unit commander, were at the Aroostook Centre Mall Saturday handing out literature and ribbons in observance of Red Ribbon Week, a national drug free awareness campaign. Kaiser resides in Ashland. Based in Caribou, the County Patriots Young Marines is Maine’s northernmost Young Marine unit.
