HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
Malerie Barton, 23, New Limerick: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 60 days in jail, all but five days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
Marie L. Chase, 45, Patten: criminal attempt, $400 fine; and acquiring drugs by deception, dismissed.
Jason Clark, 30, Amity: assault, $300 fine and 20 days in jail; domestic violence assault and burglary, dismissed (each); and criminal trespass, 364 days in jail, all but 20 days suspended and one-year probation.
William P. Collins, 51, Houlton: operating under the influence-no test, three priors, dismissed; and OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 40 days in jail and six years’ license and registration suspended.
Heidi Desrosiers, 34, Hodgdon: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Joshua Ford, 24, Littleton: criminal mischief and violating condition of release, 20 days in jail (each) and $615.19 restitution (first).
Alan M. Gillotti, Jr., 25, Smyrna Mills: burglary, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Ronald D. Lewis, 21, Littleton: reckless conduct, four years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and two years’ probation; and criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, 18 months in prison.
Robert C. Mayo, 83, Silver Ridge: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (each).
Allard McArthur, 53, Woodland: acquiring drugs by deception, dismissed.
Robert B. Parker, 43, Bridgewater: probation violation, 155 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Leslie A. Sawyer, 33, Linneus: obstructing report of crime and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each).
Ryan Allen Scott, 27, Littleton: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Chris P. Stevens, 37, Stacyville: probation violation, eight months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Nathan J. Swallow, 27, Oakfield: reckless conduct and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each); and criminal threatening, 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation.
Merlon Tomah, 74, Houlton: obstructing government administration, filed on $200 costs.
Salvatore J. Valiante, III, 31, Linneus: violating protective order, $100 fine.
Erin Vincent, 23, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison, all but 42 days suspended, one-year probation and $1,804.60 restitution; and forgery, 42 days in jail.
Heidi L. White, 31, Houlton: probation violation, 13 months in prison and probation revoked.
