The Caribou Public Library is now able to make their down-loadable e-book collection available to Kindle e-reader users.
“We’ve not been able to offer our e-book collection to these users due to restrictions that were in place with Amazon,” stated Diane DuBois, library director. “Now that those restrictions have been lifted, users have access to over 1,400 books from all genres.”
The process to download e-books is very user-friendly and can be done via the library’s website at www.caribou-public.lib.me.us. E-books are made possible via the Maine Info Net and Overdrive.
