Sunday, Oct. 16
    4:23 a.m. —Officer Kennedy responded to Court Street where he arrested a 31-year-old Houlton man for disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest, and violating conditions of release.
    10:57 a.m. — Officer Wampler responded to High Street for a 9-1-1 hang-up call.
    2:00 p.m. — ACO Upton responded to Ludlow Road for an animal complaint.
    3:42 p.m. — Officer Wampler responded to Port Of Entry to assist customs.
    8:23 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Main Street for a report of suspicious activity.
