    HOULTON – Carol Ann Kelley, 72, died October 18, 2011 in Houlton. She was born June 15, 1939 in Houlton, the daughter of Edgar Allen and Hazel Gertrude (Carroll) Fields.
    Carol enjoyed fishing and especially loved her granddaughter.
    She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Elward Kelley of Houlton; one daughter, Julie Foster and her husband, Floyd, of Houlton; one granddaughter, Courtney Schools and her fiance, Garrett Christian, of Norridgewock; brother, Robert Fields and his wife, Janice; two sisters, Jean Lyden and her husband, Joseph, Patricia Naylor, all of N.Y.; several nieces, nephews and cousins and a special friend Cuddles. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Michael.
    The family wishes to say a special thank you to the doctors and nurses of Houlton Regional Hospital.
