Joyce Fitzpatrick, State Representative for House District 8 and a Houlton Rotarian,updated the local Rotary Club about happenings in Augusta. Fitzpatrick serves on the Insurance and Financial Service Committee and the Government Oversight Committee; two areas filled with hot topics that impact all Mainers. She has years of experience in local government and community activities, having served on Houlton’s Town Council and on the Board of Directors of the Aroostook County Chapter of the United Way; she was a charter member on Houlton’s Chapter on Literacy Volunteers of America and has been Houlton Rotary President. With Fitzpatrick is Rotary president Scott Dionne.
