CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
• Lucas D. Higgins, 24, Mapleton: criminal trespass, 14 days in jail; violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first), 14 days in jail (second); domestic violence assault (two counts), dismissed (each).
• Brian R. Holmes, 31, Easton: probation violation, 40 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Michael R. Kelley, 55, Ashland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• James D. Kutz, 25, Quimby: assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
• Carl W. Labelle, 24, Ashland: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail (each).
• Alexander Lausier, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.
• Vicky Leclerc, 20, Van Buren: negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts), $200 fine and $216.78 restitution (first), $200 fine (second); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail, all suspended, six months administrative release sentence and $250 restitution.
• Cynthia L. Levesque, 22, Van Buren: disorderly conduct, fighting, dismissed.
• Alec R. Lizotte, 24, Poland: sexual abuse of minor, $500 fine and 20 days in jail.
• Timothy J. MacFarline, 25, Presque Isle: arson, 10 years in prison, all but three years suspended, four years’ probation and $1,020,000 restitution.
• Jessica Lynn Maynard, 25, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, violating condition of release and criminal trespass, six months in jail (each).
• Chelsey M. McBreairty, 19, Limestone: criminal trespass, $200 fine.
• Dean J. McCarty, Jr., 41, Mars Hill: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 60 days in jail.
• Scott J. Michaud, 41, Van Buren: OUI, prior, dismissed.
• Marcel R. Nadeau, 50, Winterville Plt.: burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).
• Christopher Lee Ouellette, 29, Fort Fairfield: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed; and criminal conspiracy, $500 fine, 10 months in jail, all but seven days suspended and one year administrative release sentence.
• Alan J. Pelletier, 32, Fort Kent: unlawful possession of hydrocodone and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed (each).
• Brandan G. Pinchott, 23, Mapleton: criminal trespass, $200 fine; and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
• Lloyd Aubrey Pulk, 43, Fort Kent: domestic violence assault, filed without costs.
• Trevor Quist, 20, Connor Twp.: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation; using counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 90 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Timothy E. Ralph, 37, Worcester, Mass.: aggravated assault, $1,500 fine and six months in jail.
• Rhonda R. Sabattus, 29, Princeton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $2,274.98 restitution.
• Jeffrey L. Shaw, 40, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Jeremiah Sock, 29, Caribou: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, nine years in prison, all but four years suspended, four years’ probation and $100 restitution.
• Mary E. Sockabasin, 33, Indian Township: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $2,274.98 restitution.
• April R. Soucie, 26, Easton: violating condition of release, dismissed.
• Daniel R. Sparks, 38, Presque Isle: burglary (two counts), 15 months in prison (first), four years in prison, all but 15 months suspended, three years’ probation and $37,002.36 restitution (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), six months in jail (first, fourth), 15 months in prison (second, third); and violating condition of release (two counts), six months in jail (each).
• Keith A. Steeves, 45, Caribou: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 270 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year probation and three years’ license suspension.
• Darrin J. Ward, 46, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $800 fine.
• Jason E. Willette, Sr., 35, Mapleton: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Jason I. Wright, 26, Washburn: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, judgment of acquittal; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
• Jonathan M. Zadora, 19, Limestone: criminal restraint (two counts), dismissed (first), 70 days in jail (second); and domestic violence assault, 70 days in jail.
