A special informational meeting on the hazards of bath salts will be held at Katahdin High School’s gymnasium, Thursday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. Guest speakers for the evening include Rebecca Miller, from the Northern New England Poison Control Center in Portland; Shawn Gillen of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency; and Claire Desrosiers of the Aroostook Substance Abuse Prevention program.
