CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.
• Christopher Cyr, 32, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first), 30 days in jail (second); criminal mischief, 30 days in jail and $35 restitution; criminal trespass (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
• Craig A. Cyr, 22, Madawaska: probation violation, four months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Noah L. Daigle, 24, St. John Plt.: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Peter J. Daigle, 43, St. David: possessing fish in violation, filed on $200 costs.
• Ricky Daigle, 40, Frenchville: cruelty to animals, $750 fine.
• Tyler Lee Dennett, 29, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Jamie L. Forsman, 28, Stockholm: assault, 20 days in jail on revocation of administrative release; and OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Troy Allen Foster, 38, Blaine: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (first), and $400 fine, four years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and three years’ probation (second).
• Jean Marc Gagne, 47, Ashland: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Ryan M. Graves, 28, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Nicole L. Green, 29, Caribou: robbery, dismissed; and assault, $300 fine, five days in jail and 25 hours’ community service.
• Angela Haines, 37, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Jay D. Jackson, 30, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
• Amy Johnson, 24, Van Buren: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended and six months administrative release sentence.

• John P. Langille, Sr., 52, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

• Craig T. Lizotte, 25, Madawaska: violating condition of release, $350 fine.
• Matthew R. Lombard, 28, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gesture, $250 fine.

• Connie L. McLellan, 60, T17 R5: OUI, $700 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Lorraine N. Michaud, 42, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, six months one day in jail; assault (two counts), six months one day in jail (first) and dismissed (second); criminal mischief and aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed (each).
• Dawn Michelle Morrison, 41, Woodland: OUI, priors, $2,100 fine, five years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension.

• Marcel R. Nadeau, 50, Winterville Plt.: criminal trespassing, $300 fine.
• Shawn Ouellette, 41, Madawaska: OUI, prior, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $250 fine.
• David C. Pacheaco, 39, Presque Isle: reckless conduct, 318 days in jail; and criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed.
• Katie M. Plourde, 22, Eagle Lake: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Jonah B. Polichak, 28, Woodland: probation violation, one year in prison and probation revoked.
• Stephen Rediker, 31, Mapleton: night hunting (eight counts), $1,000 fine and three months in prison (first and eighth), dismissed (second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh); unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but nine months one day suspended and three years’ probation; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, nine months one day in prison; harassment and protective order from harassment violation, 48 hours in prison (each); exceeding bag limit on deer (two counts), $1,000 fine and three months in prison (first), dismissed (second); hunting or possessing moose during closed season (three counts), $1,000 fine and three months in prison (first), dismissed (second, third); fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $500 fine; and rule violation, $500 fine.
• Darrell Rouse, 63, Washburn: OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 12 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension.
• Chris A. Russell, 42, Blaine: protective order from harassment violation, $250 fine.
• Micah C. Ryan, 19, Ludlow: criminal trespassing, 15 days in jail.
• Bonnie L. Sarmiento, 51, Woodland: probation violation, probation continued; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, five years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $6,564.66 restitution.
• Steven V. Simard, 26, Caribou: probation violation, probation revoked and no sentence imposed.
• Harley D. Simon, 32, Unity: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Gary D. Smith, 54, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 24 months in prison, all but 140 days suspended and two years’ probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug and unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and 140 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 140 days in jail.
• Donald Smyth, 24, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $750 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Kenneth M. Sullivan, Jr., 41, Presque Isle: operating snowmobile under influence, over 21, $500 fine.
• Kiesha Thomas, 19, Detroit, Mich.: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $2,500 fine, 10 years in prison, all but 10 months suspended, three years’ probation and 200 hours’ community service.
• Laura Turcotte, 33, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $3 restitution.
• John D. Turner, 39, Galloway, N.J.: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Anthony Vangel, 21, Mars Hill: forgery, 18 months in prison and $1,100 restitution; acquiring drugs by deception, 11 months in prison; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 15 months in prison.
• Dana R. Wilson, 28, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $25 fine, 12 months in prison, all but 15 days suspended, two years’ probation and $329 restitution.
Superior Court cases for July
• Carlton M. Albert, 55, Frenchville: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 30 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
• Melissa S. Bubar, 25, Veazie: burglary (two counts), 18 months in prison, all but 31 days suspended and one year probation (first), 18 months in prison and one year probation (second); assault, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, 31 days in jail (each); and robbery, dismissed.
• Ben M. Clavet, 28, Manchester, Conn.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
• Anthony G. Collin, 29, Oakland: violating condition of release, 15 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and $813.36 restitution.
• Jeffrey A. Curtis, 28, Mapleton: operating under the influence, prior, $1,500 fine, 15 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; and failing to make oral or written accident report, 15 days in jail.
