Mapleton Girl Scouts begin annual fall fundraiser
MAPLETON NEWS
by Jennifer Buzza
Area Girl Scouts are now in the midst of their annual fall fundraiser.
Girls will be taking orders for cans of nuts and candy, along with magazine subscriptions, including renewals. For the first time this year, customers will have the opportunity to order canned nuts to purchase that will be shipped to U.S. military troops. Many girls will be working hard to complete the necessary requirements to earn a free week at Girl Scout camp next summer, which includes participating in this sale. Please consider supporting your local Girl Scouts when they approach you with their charts. Your support is greatly appreciated!
