    The Houlton Police Department is starting to receive complaints of motor vehicles passing stopped school buses, either dropping off or picking up our children. Most of the complaints are from the North Street area, and officers will be setting their sights on these people.
    Please take a little more time getting to where you need to be, and pay attention to those stopped school buses with flashing red lights, or you just may have to pay a fine. Passing a stopped school bus with its red flashing lights on is a Class E crime.
