Varney earns degree

    Michelle Varney graduated from Husson University on May 14, earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Varney was the recipient of the Watch Award presented by the Physical Therapy Department on the basis of the student who holds the highest academic standing. She also received the Dean’s Award for student involvement, and the Sunshine Award from the faculty of the Husson University Physical Therapy Program in recognition of outstanding qualities displayed throughout the course of her tenure as a student. Varney is now employed at the Aroostook Medical Center as a physical therapist in Presque Isle.
