Members of the Caribou High School Class of 1944 gathered on Aug. 18 celebrating their 67th class reunion with a luncheon and program at the Caribou Inn and Convention Center.

Classmate Lena Dyer, chairwoman of the event, welcomed the group, recognizing reunion committee members Elizabeth Beaulieu, Thelma Morin and Florence Gallagher.

A memorial service in remembrance of all deceased class members, with a special tribute to Bill Shaw, who died May 21, of this year, was directed by Florence Gallagher. According to the 1944 classmates, Shaw was a huge booster of previous reunions and was always present at the annual events.
