CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May.

•     Scott A. Churchill, 28, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of oxycodone and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed (each).

•     James G. Clark, 51, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,500 fine and 30 days in jail.

•     Jon Alan Clayton, Jr., 47, Blaine: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, second offense, dismissed.

•     Jessica R. Dennett, 23, Presque Isle: burglary, 18 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one year’s probation.

•     Aaron C. Dyer, 26, Presque Isle: probation violation, 15 months in prison, probation revoked; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $1,000 fine, six years in prison, all but three years suspended, three years’ probation and $250 restitution (first) and $400 fine and three years in prison (second).

•     Norris R. Frost, 27, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, dismissed.

•     Jody Green, 41, Caribou: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and assault, $1,000 fine.

•     Neddel F. Griffin, 63, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended and admin. release sentence one year.

•     Brad J. Harvey, 33, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 15 months in prison and probation revoked.

•     George P. Howard, Jr., 54, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

•     Nicholas Leavitt, 19, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; violating condition of release (two counts), 60 days in jail (first) and $400 fine and 60 days in jail (second); endangering the welfare of a child, 100 days in jail; furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine; and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 100 days in jail.

•     Joshua Lewin, 27, Ashland: probation violation, 30 days in jail and probation revoked.

•     Jonathan Lopez, 25, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and five days in jail; and violating condition of release, dismissed.

•     Phillip L. Madore, 52, Presque Isle: domestic violence criminal threatening, nine months in jail, all but 46 days suspended and one year’s probation; violating condition of release, dismissed.

•     Jessica D. Maher, 20, Caribou: stealing drugs, 60 days in jail, and admin. release sentence 60 days; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine, 60 days in jail, all suspended and 60 days admin. release sentence.

•     Ashley Martin, 27, Perham: burglary, dismissed; violating condition of release, six months in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all but two years’ suspended, two years’ probation and $4,847 restitution.

•     Craig S. McBreairty, 27, Fort Kent: burglary (four counts), dismissed (first), five years in prison (second and third), seven years in prison (fourth); burglary of a motor vehicle, 364 days in jail; criminal mischief, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), 364 days in prison (first), five months in jail (second and third), six years in prison (fourth).

•     Angel Montes, 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.

•     Tom R. Murray, 30, Bangor: probation violation, 24 months in prison, probation revoked.

•     Jerry A. Paul, II, 22, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

•     Adam A. Pratt, 32, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, dismissed.

•     Gary M. Rider, 19, Madawaska: hindering apprehension or prosecution, dismissed.

•     John A. Sam, 22, Caribou: assault (three counts), $300 fine and 135 days in jail (first), dismissed (second and third); robbery and criminal threatening, dismissed (each); obstructing report of crime (two counts), 135 days in jail (first) and dismissed (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

•     Jennifer Simonds, 33, Caribou: probation violation, 16 months in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

√•     Ryan D. Skidgel, 25, Caribou: criminal mischief, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (five counts), dismissed (each); and burglary (four counts), dismissed (each).

•     Lance Smith, 29, Easton: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.

•     Justice A. Spell, 24, Mars Hill: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

•     Judy A. Theriault, 50, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed.

•     Raymond Thompkins, III, 41, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine; domestic violence criminal threatening and obstructing report of crime, dismissed (each).

CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.

•     Amanda L. Adams, 21, Caribou: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.

•     Gina L. Ayer, 24, Caribou: criminal mischief, $500 fine and $1,707.18 restitution.

•     Stephen E. Boyce, 39, Monticello: unlawful sexual contact, not guilty.

•     Barry D. Brann, 51, Fort Kent: illegal possession of firearm, $500 fine.

•     Nathan Brewer, 31, Chapman: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine and 10 days in jail.

•     Alan J. Brown, 55, Mapleton: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.

•     Janet R. Carney, 54, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.

•     Justin T. Caron, 22, Ashland: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 10 days in jail.

•     Jessica Chambers, 33, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault and violating protective order, dismissed (each); and violating condition of release, $250 fine.

•     Kathryn M. Chandler, 49, Mapleton: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.

•     Justin A. Clayton, 22, Caribou: burglary, six months in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 30 months in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $150 restitution.

•     Nathan Corbin, 19, Caribou: violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation.

•     Lance L. Cormier, 29, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, 18 months in jail, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.

•     Raymond L. Corriveau, Jr., 44, Frenchville: assault, $600 fine and 10 days in jail.

•     Norman D. Cote, Jr., 43, Fort Fairfield: assault (two counts), $300 fine, four years in prison, all suspended and one year probation (first) and $300 fine, four years in prison, all but two years suspended and two years’ probation (second).

•     Jeffrey A. Curtis, 28, Mapleton: attaching false plates, dismissed; OUI, prior, $1,500 fine, 15 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; and failing to make oral or written accident report, 15 days in jail.
