DISTRICT COURT
PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of June.
• Chelsey Webb, 23, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.
• Clarence C. Wortman, 36, Mars Hill: assault, $250 fine.
• Ashlee Wright, 23, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $59.97 restitution; furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine and five days in jail; allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $1,000 fine; and violating protective order (two counts), $250 fine (first), $250 fine and 48 hours in jail (second).
• Jason York, 36, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $600 fine; and assault, $600 fine.
• Warren York, Jr., 41, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
