On Saturday at VaJoWa Golf Course, a charity scramble was held for the Carleton Project.
The low gross team consisted of Ben Walker, Dan Cullen, Nick Cullen and David Dubois, as they posted a score of 12 under par. The first-place low net score of 53.2 was posted by Bill Robinson, Brent Kelley, Brent Dubois and Francis Cyr.
    A special thanks to Jen Walker as she did a fantastic job organizing the event.
On Sunday, the Co-Ed League was held and the winning team for this week was Greg Douglas, Sara Douglas, Joe Kelley and Jarice Kelley. The second-place team comprised of Stu Kelley, Becky Kelley, Peter Blood and Carol Blood. Also, the team coming in third place was Ted Pettengill, Terry Pettengill, Francis Cyr and Sally Cyr.
VaJoWa will be hosting the second day of the County Open events with a scramble on Saturday. Aug. 13. For more information, call the Pro Shop at 463-2128.
