Houlton youngsters who play in the Aroostook Youth Basketball League participated last weekend in the Maine Gold Rush Basketball Camp at Thomas College in Waterville. The team was champions of the camp with a 4-0 record in the grade 6-7 division. They defeated Winthrop in the championship game, 28-12. The local team consists of all sixth and seventh graders, but in Round Robin, the boys also played eighth- and ninth-grade teams. Playing for the team were, from left to right, Cameron Graham, Cameron Cleary, Nick Perfitt, Jacob Worthley, Nate Mooers, Colby Callnan, Isia Bouchard, Zach Hagan and Joe Dobbins.
