Lillie was born April 29, 1937, the daughter of the late Newel and Emily (Isaac) Condo. She was born in Maria’, PQ, Canada. She was a Native American Indian and spoke two languages and her life as a caregiver and hard work began at the tender age of 17 when she began taking care of her young sibling. She married Reynold “Pete” Ouellette. He preceded her in death in 1996.
Lillie gave of herself so effortlessly and found her God-given talents best suited in caring and helping others. As a most loving mother of three children, she was the foster mother to two boys. Her home and her heart were always open to those in need. Always putting others first, and clearly lived for her children. Our mother always instilled the teaching of family values, love and kindness to all but most importantly she taught us the strength in the faithfulness in God’s many blessings.
Our dear Mom will be forever missed in our hearts and remain an inspiration to all those who knew her.
Surviving are two daughters, Theresa (Tom) Riffey and Brenda Ouellette both of Raymond, IL and one brother Eldric Condo of Maria’, PQ, Canada. Besides her parents and husband she was predeceased by one son, Reynold “Junior” Ouellette in Feb. 1980.
