    HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of April.
    Melissa R. Anderson, 36, Houlton: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, unconditional discharge; assault, $300 fine, two years in prison, all but 66 days suspended and two years’ probation; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, unconditional discharge.
    William Anthony, 47, Bridgewater: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
    David A. Boyington, 36, Danforth: probation violation, probation revoked; theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed.
    Paul A. Breton, II, 28, Island Falls: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine, 364 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year admin. release sentence.
    Christopher G. Brown, 30, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed.
    Larry W. Carll, 33, Linneus: probation violation, six months in jail and probation partially revoked.
    Donald A. Copeland, 69, Island Falls: driving to endanger, filed on $250 costs.
    Richard M. Cunningham, 49, Sherman: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 48 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and three years’ probation.
    Jesse J. Degenhardt, 25, Houlton: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Aaron M. Finnemore, 36, Bridgewater: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Dominic Frasca, 53, Silver Ridge: terrorizing, dismissed; and cultivating marijuana, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Darcy Henderson, 28, Amity: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five years in prison, all but nine months one day suspended, two years’ probation and $2,500 restitution.
    Jocelyn L. Howe, 27, Monticello: theft by unauthorized use of property, $250 fine; and criminal mischief, $250 fine and $2,059.89 restitution.
    Colleen C. Hoxie, 33, Houlton: violating condition of release (two counts), 60 days in jail (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Heather M. Jutras, 33, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine; and misuse of identification, dismissed.
    Carol A. Polchies, 49, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail.
    Joao Rasoilo, 45, Mount Chase: illegal possession of firearm, two years in prison, all but 84 days suspended and one-year probation.
    Andrew Reeves, 27, Houlton: assault, $300 fine.
    Philip J. Stevens, 32, Merrill: assault, $300 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
    Milo C. White, Jr., 56, Weston: theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed.
    William M. Wise, 42, East Millinocket: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, three years in jail, all but one year suspended and three years’ probation.

    Randy A. Brown, 29, Mars Hill: probation violation, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Daniel W. Carr, 29, Sherman: probation violation, 50 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Pei Kaung Chen, 43, Manchester, N.H.: unlawful possession of gift bear, $1,000 fine and $1,000 restitution; buy, sell or offer for sale a bear, dismissed; and hide dealer’s license violation, dismissed.
    Edward R. Collins, 53, Houlton: failing to report, 30 months in prison.
    Richard M. Cunningham, 49, Sherman: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 48 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and three years’ probation.
    Weisi Dai, 31, Manchester: buy, sell or offer for sale a bear and hide dealer’s license violation, dismissed (each); and unlawful possession of gift bear, $1,000 fine and $1,000 restitution.
    Michael Folsom, 33, Presque Isle: aggravated criminal trespass, three years in jail, all but 68 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,640.48 restitution.
    Luke E. Joseph, 33, Houlton: unlawful sexual contact, 180 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended, one-year probation and $32 restitution; and aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Craig S. McBreairty, 27, Fort Kent: probation violation, four years, 205 days in prison and probation revoked.
    Travis J. McNinch, 28, Monticello: burglary of a motor vehicle, 20 days in jail.
    Adrian Moscogiuri, 46, Toms River, N.J.: illegal possession of firearm, dismissed.
    Kylie Marie Pedersen, 26, Houlton: assault (two counts), $300 fine and 364 days in jail (first) and dismissed (second); unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation; obstructing government administration, 364 days in jail; furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine and 364 days in jail; and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, one year in prison.
    Cynthia R. Smith, 38, Houlton: probation violation, five days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Dana G. Winslow, Jr., 36, Houlton: probation violation, probation revoked and no sentence imposed.
