WINSOR, Madeline M., 83, PRESQUE ISLE, June 26, 2011. At her request, there will be no services. Arrangements are in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.

PRESQUE ISLE – Madeline M. Winsor, 83, died Sunday morning, June 26, 2011, at her residence in Presque Isle. She was born in Presque Isle, on March 29, 1928, the daughter of William and Mariah (Bragdon) Weaver.

She worked for Aroostook Shoe Co., Ames Dept. Store and the Presque Isle Nursing Home. She loved collecting dolls, camping, spending time with family, and fishing, especially with her sister, Pauline.

Madeline is survived by her husband, Richard of Presque Isle; two sons: Lloyd Perkins Jr. of Warshaw, N.Y., and Dickie Winsor and his wife, Sandy of North Waterboro; a daughter, Rebecca Rand and her husband, Stephen of Presque Isle; two brothers: Guy Weaver and his wife, Bert Weaver of Presque Isle, and William “Jr.” Weaver of Arkansas; two sisters: Lucy Stevens and her husband, Douglas of Ashland, and Lois Burtt and her husband, Gene of Rockland; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; two brother-in-laws: Ed Lee of Presque Isle, and Richard Maynard of Mapleton.

She was predeceased by a brother, Bernard “Buddy” Weaver; three sisters: Pauline Lee, Helen Maynard, and Priscilla “Kicker” Perkins; a sister-in-law, Lois Weaver; and a grandchild, Nicole Perkins.
