AUGUSTA — Major General John W. Libby, The Adjutant General, Maine National Guard, has announced the promotion to the rank specified for the following Maine Army National Guard soldiers: Steve Taggett, of Mars Hill, SFC, 120TH Regional Support Group; and Lucas Hafford , Ashland, PFC, Detachment 1, 152d Maintenance Company. The soldiers were promoted in May.
