After-school program

The United Methodist Church in Monticello held their final after-school program for the year at the church recently. Area children meet every Monday to enjoy refreshments upon arrival and then participate in a variety of games and activities. They also listen to stories and appropriate lessons by the church group. Volunteers assisting with the program are, Marilyn Rohdin, Paula Lilley, Doreen Lynds, Sandi Petro, Barbara Swimm and Gloria Jewell.
