receives national recognition
CARIBOU — Mental HealthCare America, Inc., a subsidiary of Mental Health Corporations of America, Inc., (MHCA) recently recognized AMHC for achieving the highest level of performance and client satisfaction in the delivery of Emergency Services at the Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit in Presque Isle and the Children’s Crisis Stabilization Unit in Fort Fairfield. The recognition was announced by Donald J. Hevey, president/CEO of MHCA at its annual meeting in Clearwater, Fla. in February.
AMHC participates in MHCA’s national Customer Satisfaction Management System survey annually and emergency services staff at the two units was specifically recognized by clients for helping them to resolve their problems; feel better; and for ensuring their safety when they are in crisis. Better than 96 percent of clients surveyed would recommend AMHC services to others.
