CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of December, 2010.

Philip J. Smart, 26, Mapleton: criminal mischief, six months in jail: criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; burglary, 12 months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; and sexual abuse of a minor, $500 fine, four years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and two years’ probation.

Frederick Smith, 53, Easton: driving to endanger, $700 fine and 30-day license suspension.

Robert E. St. Peter, Jr., 40, Presque Isle: domestic violence criminal threatening and domestic violence assault, 21 months in prison (each); violating condition of release (two counts), 21 months in jail (each).

Jeremiah J. Thivierge, 31, Van Buren: furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine and three days in jail; endangering the welfare of a child and allowing minor to possess or consume liquor (dismissed (each).

Todd A. Tompkins, 74, Presque Isle: OUI, one prior, $1,000 fine, 90-day license suspension and 50 hours’ community service.

Matthew Tweedie, 26, Blaine: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each).

Chelsey Webb, 23, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each); and burglary, 18 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $12,210.09 restitution.

Travis White, 26, Washburn: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Lee S. Winship, 30, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail (each).

CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January, 2011.

Sheila Akeley, 43, Limestone: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.

Jayson J. Boyd, 19, Caribou: theft by unauthorized use of property, six months in jail; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; and eluding an officer, three years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, two years’ probation and $5,262.97 restitution.

Joshua R. Clayton, 26, Mapleton: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, nine days in jail and three years’ license suspension; and violating condition of release, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.

Keith W. Cocheran, III, 35, Mars Hill: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.

Patrick R. Cochran, 22, Presque Isle: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Rodney L. Cyr, 44, Madawaska: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.

Cheryl A. Daigle, 38, New Canada: violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).

Melanie Darveau, 33, Saint Francis: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 10 days in jail.

Brian Dumais, 41, Fort Kent: domestic violence assault and violating protective order, dismissed (each).

Dana Farley, 41, Caribou: illegal possession of firearm, $500 fine, 90 days in jail, all suspended and one year probation.

Brent P. Folsom, 42, Houlton: false public alarm or report and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 30 days in jail (each).

Richard Greenlaw, 59, Kittery: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed; and assault, $300 fine and 12 months in prison, all suspended.

George Hallyburton, II, 32, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, five days in jail; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Kenneth Hammond, 41, Easton: domestic violence criminal threatening, $500 fine; and domestic violence assault, $1,000 fine and 10 days in jail.

Rocky Lee Hill, Jr., 35, Mars Hill: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,500 fine and 30 days in jail.

Jamey Kennedy, 22, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.

Jason A. Maillett, 40, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine and five days in jail; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Maranda Mancos, 28, Caribou: aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, $400 fine and one year in prison.

Brian M. Monson, 37, Augusta: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Andrew G. Morrison, 21, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault and obstructing report of crime, dismissed (each); and assault, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.

Paul C. Morse, Jr., 42, Lewiston: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked.
