Following last Wednesday’s Aroostook League championship meet, Presque Isle and Caribou hosted other competitions that took place Saturday and Monday.
Saturday’s meet was scheduled, while Monday’s was a make-up from May 14.
It made for a busy week for the local squads, who are now preparing for conference and state events coming up over the next two weekends.
At Presque Isle Saturday, all the Aroostook County schools showed up along with Central of East Corinth.
In the boys’ meet, PI’s 4 X 800 relay team, consisting of Matt Eager, Thomas Freeman, Logan Thibeau and Joel Shay, was the winner in 9:22.
